Robert’s short story ‘Mother Tongue’ was selected by the TV and Film department of ACArts in Adelaide to become a film produced by Third Year students. It premiered on December 7 2014 at The Mercury Cinema, Adelaide.
Robert was accepted for the SAFC D-Lab Initiative to further the development of selected work as possible future film projects.

Robert was guest speaker at the Uranian Society where he outlined his journey as a writer from the rugged mountains of Tasmania to the desert landscape of New Mexico and in particular Albuquerque.
